It seems the draw of a Lethal Bizzle performance was simply too much to handle for an army of would-be punters who gathered outside the gates of the recent Wireless Festival at Finsbury Park, London.

As the BBC reports, a video shared by London newspaper Metro shows a single beleaguered security guard struggling to keep hoards of punters attempting to break through one of the venue gates at bay.

The punters eventually get a helping hand from… some guy, who sees fit to casually stroll over and open the gate for them. Fittingly enough, Lethal Bizzle can be heard shouting “Get out the way!” in the distance.

What happened next? They unleashed Hell.

“This was an isolated incident that was dealt with quickly where no-one was hurt,” a statement made on behalf of festival organisers reads. “The perpetrators were removed on an otherwise hugely successful first day.”

Removed? Uh, did you see how many there were? The organisers know we have video, right? Regardless, it doesn’t seem like anyone got hurt and after all, it’s not like it was the only case of gatecrashing over the weekend (see below).

“Organisers of Wireless Festival take security very seriously and work closely with ShowSec Security, local police and other agencies to put procedures in place to ensure the event maintains an enjoyable and secure environment for all its customers,” organisers’ statement concludes.
