Adelaide rapper Allday is currently in the midst of making his follow-up to his debut album, 2014’s acclaimed Startup Cult. He’s now taken some time out to put together a mixtape which he’s titled Soft Grunge Love Rap, now available to fans in its entirety.

“This is a mixtape I made really quick because my album is taking forever and I wanted to put some new songs out,” he said of the new project. His procrastination also recently yielded a run of sold-out shows around the country, which he aptly called the I Should Be Working On My Album But I’m Doing A Tour National Tour.

The first single to be taken from the mixtape, titled ‘Grammy’, was premiered on Triple J’s Home and Hosed with Dom Alessio and received a warm reception on social media. Readers can stream Soft Grunge Love Rap below or download it for free here.

The Splendour-bound rapper’s debut album entered the ARIA charts last July at an incredible #3 and his October national tour sold out in just 48 hours. Since then, he’s gone on to send two tracks into the Triple J Hottest 100 and was a staple on the festival circuit throughout the summer.
