Melbourne synthwave duo Sawtooth are today premiering their brand new video ‘Fade’ – a cut off their forthcoming debut EP titled Peak.

Sawtooth is a new collaboration between vocalist/electro pop musician Brite Fight (aka Louise Terry) and beat producer Nightwrk. Combining synthesizers, drum machines, samplers and crystalline vocals, to duo aim to “capture a pure and futuristic intensity in their music; a fever-vision of beautiful dystopias, soundtracked by luscious atmospheres and darkly infectious melodies. Taking cues from classic electronica, electroacoustic music, techno and pop”.

Carried on a wave of lush analog keys and haunting vocal loops, singer Louise Terry’s voice ebbs and flows with the waves of synths and electronic beats, it’s haunting and futuristic without feeling cold. Built on a laboratory of vintage synthesizers, rhythm boxes and blacklights, and carried by hauntingly velvet tones of Terry’s vocals these two are producing some incredibly exciting new sonic landscapes.

Their forthcoming EP Peak is set to be launched on the 6th of August at The Gasometer Hotel – for more info you can visit their Facebook page.
