One of Australia’s leading media companies Southern Cross Austereo needs a Digital Campaign Manager to join our National Digital Team based in Sydney. This is maternity leave cover role and available for 12 months. The role will see you responsible for assisting and supporting the sales team with digital campaign strategy to meet and exceed digital revenue goals.

You’ll also ensure the smooth operation and delivery of digital campaigns including inventory management, provision of digital ad recommendations, etc and assist in the development and maintenance of operational sales procedures in order to maintain and grow digital revenue and maximise yield. Australia’s leading youth station (like we need to introduce Triple J seriously!) is looking for a producer to work with the Hack team. Hack, Triple J’s daily youth affairs show, is looking for an experienced, highly motivated and creative Producer to lead the next-generation of storytellers. This is a ten month role, focussing on radio content and integrating with new Hack projects in digital and TV.

They need a multi-skilled person with a proven ability in radio journalism and cross media production, and a willingness to go the extra distance necessary to view every story from every angle. You need to have strong editorial skills and be able to develop other people’s content, through feedback and direction. Advanced editorial skills and judgement with a detailed knowledge of key issues that are relevant to triple j’s 18 – 24 audience, and the capacity to initiate, research and produce highly complex program segments, and provide significant input into shaping program and station sound is a bonus.

Assistant/Coordinator At ABC Classic FM

ABC Classic FM is looking for an admin star to support the management team and Network. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, multi-task and prioritise and be comfortable dealing with people from management to listeners. In this role you’ll provide administrative assistance to management, and working as part of the admin team under routine direction of management, ensure the smooth running of the network. You’ll also have to coordinate the workflow of the area and the manager’s office, including diary management, bookings, wrangling, note and minute taking, drafting correspondence, coordinating approvals and filing.

Also where required, provide front of house liaison, receive visitors, deal with telephone queries and perform reception duties and be the first point of contact for listener enquiries, providing general information and assistance to ABC staff and the general public about programs on the radio network, and respond to routine listener correspondence and check and accurately input information into the roster plan and timesheet, ensuring the roster is authorised every fortnight.
