Sydney favourites Jinja Safari are set to celebrate the release of their first single in two years the only way they know how. They’ll be packing up their collection of unconventional instruments and hitting the road for a run of gigs this July.

The band’s Find My Way Tour will be hitting up some of the East Coast’s most beloved venues this July and August, including the Oxford Art Factory in Sydney, followed by Woolly Mammoth in Brisbane, and Melbourne’s Howler.

The band are known for their eccentric, eclectic, and high-energy performances and they’re ready to take their antics out of Pepa Knight’s tipi studio and bring it to the the live stage.

“It feels very surreal and exciting to be playing together again,” says Knight. “We have written a bunch of fresh new songs that we are keen to showcase as well as some oldies that we just rediscovered on Spotify.”

Since being selected by Triple J Unearthed to play Splendour In The Grass back in 2010, Jinja Safari have played some of the world’s most prestigious festivals and are now a first-class live band. They’ll even be brining pals Sea Legs on tour to support them.

To celebrate Jinja Safari’s new single and tour, Tone Deaf are giving away 2 x Double Passes to each show (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne) – enter your details below for a chance to win!
