It’s been a massive 12 months for Brisbane’s The Belligerents. After their last single, ’In My Way’, became one of the top 20 most played songs on Triple J, they signed with Melbourne’s premier booking agency, 123 Agency, and unveiled one of the most talked-about Like A Version covers of the year.

Meanwhile, the band are collectively responsible for spawning some of Brisbane’s most talked about indie bands, sharing members with Orphans Orphans, Moses Gunn Collective, The Furrs, Morning Harvey, and Family Jordan.

The band recently hit the studio to channel some of that overflowing creativity into new recorded material and they agreed to document all of the various antics they got up to in between all of that button-pressing and knob-twiddling.
