Love Street Festival is a new boutique event headed to Melbourne’s Howler this October. Billed as a “micro-music festival”, it features a stacked indie lineup, including the likes of Immigrant Union, Saint Jude, The Darling Downs, and more.

Fans heading to one of Brunswick’s favourite hot spots will also be treated to appearances from Gena Rose Bruce, Josh Cashman, Domini Forster, Broads, Big Seal & the Slippery Few, and David Craft. Best of all, tickets are just $25 + bf.

Organisers are promising a day “influenced by folk, country and blues”, that they’ve craftily interweaved with an eclectic arts program featuring examples of dance, projection, puppetry, performance art, and spoken word.

The first band is set to kick off at 4pm, with music set to conclude after 11.30pm and some 40 performers appearing during the day. This will give punters plenty of time to enjoy one of Melbourne’s most unique warehouse concept spaces and top live music venues.
