It was mere weeks ago that we announced the lineup for the 25th Meredith Music Festival and fewer weeks still since the first round of ballot winners were announced, but Aunty Meredith has now confirmed that all tickets to Meredith 2015 are sold out.
The online allocation of tickets went on sale earlier today at 11am and promptly sold out. No doubt social media is now buzzing with activity fuelled in equal parts by happy punters who scored tickets and the less lucky ones for whom life just isn’t fair.
The extra good news for punters who managed to score Meredith tickets is that Aunty Meredith is promising “there are still a few artists to be added to the lineup”. Word is they’ll be announced along with the playing times in the coming weeks.
As for those who’ve missed out, don’t despair. Aunty Meredith has introduced a ticket re-sale service, dubbed Aunty’s Waitlist. The aim is to put people with spare tickets in touch with people who missed out and prevent inflated ticket prices and scams.
