After only forming in 2014, it’s hasn’t taken long for people to catch on to Melbourne post-punk band Gold Class. Sonically driven by attacking rhythms, bristling guitar, and the deep vibrato of singer Adam Curley, the four piece have been packing out band rooms all over the city.

The band recent signed to taste-making label Spunk Records (home of Ocean Party, Mac DeMarco, Jessica Pratt and so many more) to release their debut LP It’s You on September 4th. Cold and jagged It’s You explores the band’s clear post-punk influence while still producing a voice that’s wholly unique.

To celebrate the release the band have given us an early stream of the record which you can check out below. The band will be playing Bigsound this September, but for more info on other upcoming shows visit the Gold Class Facebook pageIt’s You is out via Spunk Records in On September 4th – pre-order it here.
