Slipknot have partnered up with a US theme park to create their series of bone-chilling haunted houses, because who better? The attraction launches this October and is already being billed as “the world’s most outrageous haunted house event”.
As Blabbermouth reports, Sacramento’s Scream Park will be taken over by the heavy metal masters this October to become Slipknot’s Scream Park, featuring three haunted houses brought to you by one of the world’s most haunting bands
According to band member Shawn “Clown” Crahan, the mastermind behind Slipknot’s production elements and visuals, Slipknot’s Scream park is “absolutely sickening” and packed with live horror elements to ensure an unforgettable experience.
If the trailer and images for the park, which readers can check out below, are anything to go by, Slipknot’s Scream Park will basically be like stepping into one of the band’s music videos, with plenty of fake blood and freaky characters.
Running from 2nd October till 1st November, a limited number of guests will gain admission to a special Monster Energy Aftershock Pre-Party at Scream Park by showing proof of purchase of an Aftershock ticket, including a discounted trip through the haunted houses.
