If there’s one thing we love more than music, it’s addictive web games. We can’t get enough of them. Just last week we wrote about Perth producer Sable, who’s giving fans a preview of his latest EP by releasing four awesome web games and a comic book.

Back in June, we wrote about rising Melbourne six-piece The Dead Heir, who went the genius route of promoting their pearler of a track ‘Wolves At My Door’ by unleashing a highly addictive browser-based video game set in Melbourne’s music scene.

Most recently, futuristic synth pop crew Ubiq dropped their debut single, ‘Mesolithic’, and they decided to promote the retro-futuristic dystopian synth-pop journey with an awesome pong game hosted on their website, which you can play while you listen.

Now, bluesy Melbourne outfit The New Savages have unveiled a cheeky little pong game to promote their record, In My Time of Dyin’. The best part: you play against triple j Unearthed in an attempt to win more airplay on the station. Check it out via the band’s website.

The game is the brainchild of Milan Milutinovic, who is also a web developer in addition to singing and playing guitar, banjo, and harp in The New Savages. Check out the title track from the band’s record embedded, via triple j Unearthed sure enough, below.
