With a dreamy voice that just lulls you into another dimension, homegrown vocal talent JOY. has been receiving huge accolades for her debut single, ‘About Us’, which has nabbed the #5 spot on the AiriT charts for Australian community radio and #6 on the Hype Machine charts.
Meanwhile, her debut EP has been winning hearts both at home and abroad and the 17-year-old singer and producer has now capitalised on the immense buzz with the release of her brooding and cinematic ‘About Us’ music video.
With her eagerly anticipated headline tour set to kick off next month, after being touted as an “act to watch” at BIGSOUND earlier this month, JOY. has also announced that she will be joined by newcomer, Owen Rabbit in the main support role.
It’s been a busy year for the Brisbane native, who nabbed the title of the triple j Unearthed Feature artist earlier this year, performing as the triple j Unearthed winner at the Brisbane leg of Laneway Festival and Field Day 2015.
