Why? You know Gay Paris as one of Australia’s hardest-working as well as hardest-rocking bands. Well, now it’s time to see what all that fuss has been about by getting your backside to the Cherry Bar this Saturday. It’ll be good ol’ fashioned Aussie rock and roll in a venue synonymous with just that.

Yowie #3

Where? The Foundry, 228 Wickham St, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane
When? 8:00pm, Thursday 8th Oct
Why? Billed as a “GHETTO HARD HOUSE DANCE PARTY ” that’s been so-called “curated” by SEZZO SNOT, this is the only party you’re going to want to hit up in the Fortitude Valley this Thursday. The lineup will feature Air Max ’97, fresh from touring Asia/Europe earlier this year and supporting MikeQ in September, as well as Simo Soo, Madboots, and Scraps.

Glass Skies

Where? Crown and Anchor, 196 Grenfell St, Adelaide

Why? After spending the last few months recording, touring, and supporting the likes of Regurgitator, King Gizzard, and Holy Holy the boys in Glass Skies are finally releasing their 2nd EP, Fly On, Children. The Sand Dollars
