Ever felt like combining your passion for hip-hop with your love for pugs? Homegrown photographer Adam Jackman-Moore has done the hard work for you with his new project, The Pug Life, which combines pugs, photography, and golden era hip-hop culture.

As The Music reports, Jackman-Moore is an experienced dog photographer, belonging to a group dubbed, funnily enough, The Dog Photographers, and sources all of the pugs featured in his photos from the local Pugs in Perth community group.

The photog then dresses the dogs up like iconic rappers such as Run-DMC, The Notorious B.I.G., and the Beastie Boys to take photos that serve as an ode to the splendour of the classic days of hip-hop and the cuteness of pugs.

There’s two categories of Pug Life pups, the Dirty Dozen, featuring pugs dressed up as iconic hip-hop stars like Snoop Pug and Notorious P.U.G, and the Recruits, featuring pugs with unique street names like MC Headtilt and Lil Baztard.

Check out a few of Jackman-Moore’s Pug Life photos below or head to The Pug Life website for more snaps and info.
