As we recently noted, Stephen Colbert has been making a good run at dethroning Jimmy Fallon as the king of tapping awesome musical guests to appear on his late-night talk show, a run he’s now continued with Vance Joy.

Colbert took over David Letterman’s late-night post a couple months back and he’s been booking spectacular musical guests, recently featuring back-to-back appearances from Florence and the Machine and Tame Impala.

Vance Joy recently appeared on Colbert to perform his latest hit, ‘Fire and The Flood’, with some help from Colbert’s house band, Jon Batiste and Stay Human, with the songwriter taking to Facebook to gush about how the full-band arrangement sounded.

As The Music reports, the currently Stateside Vance Joy also stopped by Tyson’s Tacos in Austin, Texas, where he took advantage of the eatery’s Ukulele Policy, whereby anyone who plays a song on the shop’s official uke gets a free taco (see video below).

Vance Joy everybody! Who needs ACL?
