Freo based blues rockers Kill Devil Hills are today unleashing their brand new single ‘Hydra’ – the follow up to their moody track ‘I Am The Rut, I Am The Wheel’ and it’s safe to say these guys are on a bit of a winning streak.

‘Hydra’ is an ode of sorts to the mythical Greek demon of the same name. The Hydra of legend is a gatekeeper to the underworld, a many headed serpent, seemingly invincible. Eventually conquered by Hercules, it’s the story of struggle and peril which carries over into the song’s and lyrics.

‘Hydra’ is also the latest cut from the band’s fourth studio record titled King Pest (set for release January 2016).  For more info on the guys, visit their Facebook or Bandcamp page
