Todd Sibbin is a name you’ll be hearing a lot more of very soon. The Adelaide based talent is a prolific writer, performer and producer and his newest single ‘And We’ll Say That We’re Done’ is just a hint of what to expect from his upcoming full length The Bottled Ship Got Freedom.
Crafting delicate folk gems in the vein of Oberst and Dylan, Sibbin’s work explores themes of darkness, honesty and hope in the context of his native territory: the late night street lights and giddy swirling of human relationships.
Over 12 months Sibbin has meticulously crafted his latest nine track record in his own Eden Studios in Adelaide.
Mixed by Craig Schumacher (Calexico, KT Tunstall, Amos Lee) the record will be released in the not too distant future, but for now here’s ‘And We’ll Say That We’re Done’.
