Incredibly talented Melbourne based Noah Earp is today unveiling the brand new video for his stunning single ‘ Open Road’- the second single off Noah Earp’s upcoming debut album.

Glistening with moving songwriting ‘Open Road’ is a lighter number and a great counterbalance to ’Bound for Glory’, Earp’s first release from the album.

Noah explains the story behind the ‘Open Road’: “The song started off as a simple acoustic number with a fast fingerpicked guitar part”, he explains.

“I’d just gotten back from a big trip overseas and despite living in a tiny bedroom in Collingwood, I was trying to capture the idea of travel being a state of mind, rather than something you pay for to get from A to B. But once I put the band onto it, the song grew wings and developed into this kinda epic dream landscape. It became less about the movement of the road and more about a trippy sense of open-ness. Plus there’s real vibes on it, and you can’t get much trippier than a fucking vibraphone.”

Check out the video below and if you like what you’re hearing pop by Noah’s Facebook page or check him out at his show at the Gaso tonight.
