After a successful sophomore event earlier this year, the organisers of Mojo Burning Festival are excited to announce they will return in the new year for another event chock full of great music and even greater vibes.

Taking on Brisbane’s Hamilton Hotel on Saturday, 12th March will be mystery man of the slide guitar Bob Log III, who’ll be thrilling audiences alongside Mason Rack Band, Jackson Firebird, The Fumes, and many more.

Bob Log III is no stranger to Australian shores and will be going down in Mojo Burning history as the festival’s first international act. Backing him up, of course, will be the absolutely stacked local lineup.

“There are so many amazing Australian acts not being picked up by popular radio or the mainstream music media, particularly in Blues, Roots and Rock genres,” says Mojo Burning organiser Christian Tryhorn.

“For years I’ve been watching these acts on stages all around Australia crush their sets and be equal if not more vibing than many more ‘well known’ acts receiving regular industry backing.”

“We aim to pull together the Australian Blues, Roots and Rock scene through events such as this to help give bands a leg-up and are stoked with the 2016 Mojo Burning lineup. Not an average band on the bill.”
