Today local talent DL is unleashing the brand new (very smooth) lyric video for his single ‘Until Today’ (Ft. Jason Heerah) and it’s the perfect Monday morning pick me up.
After coming runner up in the esteemed 2015 Bank Of Melbourne, Melbourne Music Bank, DL has been riding high on a wave of praise and accolades and deservedly so.
This new single ‘Until Today’ has been a long time in the making, from originally drafting the song in Early 2012, DL entered the single in the world renowned John Lennon songwriting contest, going on to take out 1st place for “Song Of The Year” which was judged by an panel of exceptional singer / songwriters including John Legend, Bootsy Collins, Toby Gad and more.
DL explains the process behind this new track “It’s been a long time coming. I think anyone can release music on iTunes, but I’ve done a lot of ground work, over a long period of time before I was ready to release my first single. I’m super excited to not only get something out, but to release this song in particular. I can’t wait for people to hear it!”
