The role will be 60% operations and execution work and 40% account management and content creation. Some of the duties include: operations, data entry, marketing and general admin, developing new relationships with clients and nurture existing ones with promoters, bookers and other folks in the music industry as well as brand managers in and out of the office, managing external suppliers and freelancers as well as their intern(s), and helping in content creation and copywriting across the social channels, email communications and website. BookKeeper at Secret Service

Secret Service Group (the crew behind Falls Festival and so much more) is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join the finance department. The position is full time and reports directly to the Financial Controller.

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to: Full function bookkeeping duties, data entry through to BAS preparation, dealing with accounts Payable and accounts receivable reconciliation, processing payroll and setting up new employees, invoice management, reception and general office duties, filing and providing administration assistance to the finance team as required. Artist Management Coordinator At Amplifire

Amplifire Music is a successful, long running artist management company with current clients The Jungle Giants, Last Dinosaurs and Orphans Orphans. Previous clients in their 11 year history include multi platinum singer songwriter Pete Murray, and multiple ARIA winning duo The Audreys. They have a new part time position (15-20 hours a week) for an Artist Management Coordinator exists in the Brisbane office working closely with Amplifire Music’s Director and owner Stu McCullough, on all aspects of the day to day management of artists. The Artist Management Coordinator will be required to co-ordinate touring, publicity and social media schedules and manage the logistics associated with touring and performing. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised and analytical with an excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
