Jakubi

Why? Local legends Jakubi have just returned home to Melbourne, after having completed a wildly successful two-month national US tour (the second North American tour in under twelve months). Alongside Kings and REIKA it’s set to be a killer night.

RTRFM’s Courtyard Club

Where? The State Theatre Centre of Western Australia 174-176 William Street, Perth

Why? The first single from Joni in the Moon’s sophmore release ‘War and Porn’ saw the band pack out Mojos in August this year and gain four WAM nominations, with extensive support from commuity radio and triple j play, now she’ll be playing under the stars this early summer. The Sticks

Why? Local experimentalists The Sticks will be celebrating the release of their debut album through Broken Stone Records and Remote Control with this upcoming show at Freda’s. Featuring their unique brand of live electronic improvised music mixed in with tracks from the album, it’s a must not miss kinda’ gig!
