Having recently wowed crowds at Falls Festival and with an eagerly anticipated appearance at Southbound and several headline dates on the horizon, Bloc Party are on a roll and they’re looking to give back to fans with something just for them.
The band will perform a very special, intimate showcase at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory to launch their fifth studio album, HYMNS this Friday, 8th January, giving fans a chance to hear brand new songs in the surrounds of one of Sydney’s best small venues.
But there’s a catch. You can’t buy your way into this gig. Instead, for the chance to win a double pass, you have to hit up this link and talk about your favourite Bloc Party track in 25 words or less. It can be any track, just explain why you love it so much.
Bloc Party have already shared a taste of the new album, with new singles ‘The Love Within’ and ‘The Good News’ receiving rotation on triple j. HYMNS is set to drop in Australia on 29th January via Create/Control & BMG.
