It’s time to pump up the volume and set the controls for the heart of the rock n’ roll sun as the Tone Deaf crew present another kick arse night of bone crunching hedonism at Ding Dong Lounge. Headlining in their only Melbourne show are Sydney’s mind blowing Richard In Your Mind. A bizarre and beautiful psychedelic mash up of the best bits of Animal Collective and The Dandy Warhols, these guys are darlings of the Sydney indie scene and selling out venues around the country. Joining them are the two drum kit bluster of Money For Rope, fresh from playing Splendour In The Grass and the fuzzed out reverie of Witch Hats playing their first show in aaages. Kicking things off with the hotly tipped Royal Chant and Kremlin Succession and we’ve got one epic night of rock n’ roll thrills plus first gig for brand new supergroup Joes Garage featuring members from Ground Components & Little Red. With $10 jugs before 10pm and the Tone Deaf DJ crew mashing it up on the decks til the wee hours get down early to rip it up and start again.
