Today Melbourne indie rockers Greenthief are today unveiling the clip for their hooky single ‘Escape’ and to celebrate they’re going on tour.

The exciting psych-rock trio are capturing attention across the country with their refreshing local take on rock n roll, and ‘Escape’ is a perfect example.

The impressively simplistic clip was filmed at the National Gallery of Victoria during the Andy Warhol and Ai Weiwei exhibition, using Weiwei’s ‘Caonima Balloon’ installment and shot on an iPhone in one single shot featuring random members of the public. Check out the hypnotic video below and if you like what you’re hearing pop by the band’s Facebook page for more info.
