Cut Copy debuted a new song off their forthcoming album at gigs in Williamsburg, New York, and the Chicago leg of the Lollapalooza Festival in Chicago.

The band are sporting a new look in their stage attire which could be best described as ‘austere business casual’ and also suggests they’ve been looking at lots of photos of Joy Division’s Ian Curtis wearing pleated pants and shirts with rolled up sleeves.

However, it’s the music about here at Tone Deaf, so we digress. The new song is called ‘Blink And You’ll Miss The Revolution’ and it’s a great homage to Depeche Mode circa Violator.

Check out this clip of them playing the Williamsburg Waterfront on Sunday in New York City, which segues into Hearts on Fire.
