Want to be in a famous, successful, and critically acclaimed band but know that they don’t grow on trees? Well, this could be your lucky day because we happen to know of one that’s hiring.

As Consequence of Sound reports, it was recently confirmed that M83 keyboardist Morgan Kibby would not be involved in recording sessions for the dreamy outfit’s forthcoming new album.

However, with the launch of the band’s latest tour just two months away, it appears they’ve yet to replace the vocalist/keyboardist, so leader Anthony Gonzales is appealing to the public.

“Back in 2011, I opened up the search for a musician to join the M83 tour,” a statement reads. “That turned out to be Jordan Lawlor, who played with us all over the world and is still in the band!”

Now, it could be your turn. M83 are holding open auditions and all you have to do to apply for consideration is fill out a form currently awaiting you on the band’s official website.

Key selection criteria include being available for rehearsals in LA throughout March and being free to travel and work with the band from April through December of this year.

You’ll also need to be the proud owner of a passport valid for the next two years and lacking a criminal record that would prevent you from international travel.

As long as you’ve got all that and are also a female who can sing and play keyboards, you’ve got a shot. Applicants can submit videos of them playing and singing on the M83 website.
