This month will see the girls in Tequila Mockingbyrd throwing their third “swashbuckling blowout on the high seas”, Overboard. Joining punters for a few sea shanties will be Dallas Frasca, The Bennies, Tequila Mockingbyrd, and more.
Stepping out of the dives and pubs where you’d normally find these bands residing, Overboard will give you a chance to see these bands basking in the summer sun and enjoying the sea breeze as they throw back a rum and melt some faces.
The show takes place over a four-hour cruise of the Port Philip Bay in Melbourne, with punters taking to the seas on board a 300-capactiy Victoria Star Cruise Ship, which boasts a double deck and fully licensed bar.
Previous years have been a massive sell-out success and this year is expected to be no different. Complimentary snacks are also included in ticket price to “quench a pirate hunger”. Check below for dates and details.
