For Valentine’s Day, our favourite party starters the Foreign Brothers are teaming up with the Evelyn Hotel to present the Valentine’s edition of Fitzroy Rooftop Festival – An all-day/night massive jam to celebrate all things Disco, Soul and Funk with or without a lover.

Kicking off on February 14th from 1pm to 1am, two parties, two stages, three live acts, and five DJs will take hold of the entire Evelyn.

Some of the crew bringing the love include Sleazy Roots, Claudia Jones, Chris Gill,Forty Fings Dynamo, Danny OSX, Jimmy James, Sugar Fed Leopards, Jnett and then in true Foreign Brothers style, the Core-Tet will then take the party back to the Bandroom for a massive jam session with all musicians and a special showcase from Zii, in anticipation of his debut EP ‘Through These Eyes’ coming out in April.

To celebrate the love-fest, The Foreign Brothers have curated a sweet little love mixtape for us which you can check out below. For more info on the Valentine’s Party check out the Facebook event.
