The last few days have seen Kanye West embark on a one-man crusade to prove he has a screw loose. After a prolonged feud with fellow rapper Wiz Khalifa, the controversial producer and emcee tweeted that Bill Cosby is “innocent”.

With the firestorm of controversy from the latter incident still burning strong, West held a series of listening parties for his highly anticipated new album, which he recently re-titled (for some reason) The Life Of Pablo.

How is the album? Nobody really knows, because as News Corp reports, nobody is really interested in that as much as one particular lyric that appears on the album. Yes, not a song, not a beat, just a single lyric.

Apparently, the track ‘Famous’, a collaboration between Yeezy and singer Rihanna, has the rapper spitting the line, “I feel like me and Taylor still might have sex. Why? ’cause I made that bitch famous”.

West is presumably referring to the infamous incident that took place at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards when he rushed the stage as Swift was collecting her award for Best Female Video and declared Beyonce to be the rightful winner.

The incident made West something of a pariah in the entertainment industry, but we all more or less forgot about it after he dropped My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, which was an album good enough for us to forgive him.

Swift and West eventually ended up reconciling, but this new lyrical stab may just boil up some bad blood in the pop superstar, who it’s universally agreed is one of the most infuriatingly pleasant and inoffensive people ever to exist.
