Spiderbait are currently in the midst of celebrating 25 years as a band. An integral part of Australia’s rock and roll identity, the band’s accolades include being the first Australian band to top the Hottest 100 and scoring a chart-topping single in ‘Black Betty’.

The 25th anniversary has put the band members in a nostalgic mood and they recently took to their official Facebook page to share an artefact from the band’s early, early days – a handwritten list of their first 104 performances, every single one.

“The first 104 Spiderbait pub shows. May 1990-August ’92…for some reason I stopped recording them the day before my 23rd birthday. I wonder how many gigs it would be now? 25 of these were at The Tote Hotel. Whitt,” the band wrote.

Check out the list below, which includes where each show took place (quite a few indeed took place at The Tote), the date it occurred, and who the band played with, which includes names like Cosmic Psychos, Guttersnipes, Fugazi, X, The Meanies, and more.

The first 104 Spiderbait pub shows. May 1990 – August 1992… Adding to the list over the next month for the 25th Anniversary Tour… Starting tomorrow in Freo! See you on tour! #Spiderbait
