As you’ve no doubt heard, the world awoke this morning to the sad news that rock and pop legend Prince had passed away at the age of 57, leaving behind an incredible musical legacy, which has influenced countless artists.

Tributes have been pouring in all day from musicians, artists, performers, celebrities, and fans all over the world and from all levels of the entertainment industry and elsewhere. Even President Barack Obama issued a statement.

As we reported earlier today, many Australian musicians took to social media to share their favourite Prince stories, detailing their first experiences hearing the icon’s music, seeing him perform live, and even tales of interactions with The Purple One himself.

With the ANZAC Day Long Weekend upon us, there’s plenty of chances to go out and celebrate the life and work of The Purple One. So without further ado, here’s a guide to the best Prince tribute parties happening this weekend.
