Tone Deaf favourites and Tassie’s hardest working and most endearing punks Luca Brasi are today unleashing their brand new effort If This Is All We’re Going To Be (out via Poison City) and it’s an absolute corker.

In just six month the guys have powered through a sold out out national single tour, drop two new singles which copped triple j, community radio and media adoration alike, and slayed festivals The Hills Are Alive, Party in the Paddock and NYE on the Hill.

Somehow managing to write and record a new album between all then If This Is All We’re Going To Be sees the guys step up their game. To celebrate the release of the new LP the guys have curate a killer mixtape featuring some of their favourite local talents. Check it out below and pop by Poison City for all the info on If This Is All We’re Going To Be.

The Bennies – Party Machine

The biggest legends/party machines around are The Bennies. They absolutely slay live and bring more energy than you could evenn imagine. Just the best band ever.

The Smith St Band – Tom Busby

We’ve had a long history with the TSSB boys and are out on the road properly with them for the first time ever in June. Tom showed Wil this tuning once in Tassie and thus this track got his name as the title.

Ceres – I Feel Fine, I Feel Sick

Ceres write the most feel filled songs around; lovely, lovely boys who makr your hairs stand on end. So excited for their new record this year!

Grenadiers – Live Fast, Diebetes

These guys just slay, huge booming drums, fast as hell riffs and raw vocals, smart and technical. One of the best live bands in the country at the moment.

Paper Arms – Tanks of Dust

Paper Arms disbanded not too long ago but left us with a lot of awesome memories, inlcuding this total banger. RIP.

Alex Lahey – You Dont Think You Like People Like Me

This track is a total banger, absolute tune! Get so stoked when i hear this one on the radio, really looking forward to seeing it live. Big things coming in future!

Camp Cope – Jet Fuel Can’t Melt Steel Beams

Georgia and co just bloody rule. Songwriting that tells stories in the best way. So great live and just absolute legends doing it right.

Deafcult – Akira

Huge guitars are what Deafcult are about. Made up of a lot of good mates, these guys rule. Impressing alot of people right now (and sending them deaf in the process).

High Tension – Bully

Such a crushing band, totally full of venom. Just huge tracks and the most commanding singer in the game.
