Poison City Records, Melbourne’s finest purveyors of all things punk, have announced the first lineup for their annual Poison City Weekender festival, which this year will feature the likes of The Bennies, High Tension, Batpiss, Ouch My Face, and more.
Tickets are set to go on sale tomorrow and anyone who scoops one up will also get to see performances from Pity Sex, the chart-busting Camp Cope, The Hard Aches, The Sugarcanes, Horror My Friend, and Totally Unicorn. Yes, all your punk rock dreams have come true.
Best of all, organisers are promising there’s still more acts to be added to the lineup and considering past lineups have featured names like The Smith Street Band, Andrew Jackson Jihad, and Knapsack, don’t take that threat lightly.
