Paul Dempsey, one of Australia’s most hailed singer-songwriter treasures, has announced he will celebrate the release of his eagerly awaited second solo album, Strange Loop, with a string of national tour dates this August.

Available now, Strange Loop was co-produced by Dempsey and Tom Schick (Wilco, Ryan Adams) at Wilco’s The Loft Studio in Chicago and forms the latest chapter in Dempsey’s hallowed discography.

In addition to the upcoming headline performances and solo shows, fans will get to see Dempsey perform select songs from ‘Strange Loop’ when he embarks on a string of East Coast in-store appearances this weekend.

Seven years on from his acclaimed solo debut, the Something For Kate frontman has returned with a vital and gripping solo statement that’s packed with all the incisive lyricism and wry wit that’s made Paul Dempsey a household name in Australia.
