Melbourne five-piece chamber pop band Hana Maru are today unveiling the video for their stunning single ‘Whole Heart’ – a cut from the band’s forthcoming self-titled debut album out June 11.

The upcoming release was recorded and produced by Robin Waters (The Boat People, Washington, Ella Hooper), mixed by Ash Blakeney (Chook Race, Institut Polaire, Josh Earl) and mastered by Ralf Kemper (Jimmy Scott, Quincy Jones).

Featuring the trademark Hana Maru sounds of rich vocals, lush orchestral strings and a driving rhythm section, the LP is set to be something very special.

Directed by Briony Barr, produced by Jill Farrar with D.O.P duties handled  Theresa Harrison
and editing by Gregory Crocetti, Briony Barr and Jill Farrar, and featuring the near nude body of Hana Maru vocalist Jill Farrar the band’s new clip is an intimate accompaniment to an incredibly moving track.
