Get ready for a flashback Friday because today Adelaide based artist World Wild is about to release his incredibly exciting new single ‘Hollywood’ the perfect soundtrack to your favourite late ’80s VHS drama about two lovers/ artists/renegades in which you haven’t seen yet, although you swear you have.

If you have ever felt nostalgic for a life you haven’t lived, ‘Hollywood’ is the single for you.

Drawing influences from an eclectic range of musical juggernauts including The Beastie Boys, Grandmaster Flash, Van Halen, Blood Orange, The Beach Boys, M83, Tears for Fears, Duran Duran, Devo and MGMT, World Wild is a little bit like the love child of cheesy 80s disco and flawlessly technical 00s electronica.

This single is a follow on from World Wild’s impressive debut EP Caribbean Gold and the latest taste we’re getting from his forthcoming EP (out via MGM later this year).
