One of Australia’s premiere extreme metal outfits and one of the country’s most visceral live bands, Thy Art Is Murder are set to bring it all back home this July when they pull their Coffin Dragger tour Down Under.

This extensive run of tour dates will see the band hitting up some of their favourite homeland venues, as well as a few new ones they haven’t played before, with Lochlan Watt, host of triple j’s The Racket, on vocals.

Watt had joined the band for their explosive US tour, which saw the band playing some 39 dates around the country, and his pipes are ready to give Aussie fans a reason to mosh. The band want to know: “Will you get in the pit or get out of the way?”

“This is the third iteration of the coffin dragger,” says guitarist Andy Marsh. “The idea being to drag death (metal {lol}) around the world to places we’ve never been before. The US leg saw us go to many states we’d never seen before.”

“Europe we are going as Far East as Transylvania and now the Australian leg will see us play a whole bunch of regional towns, some we’ve never done, and others we’ve neglected for quite some time.”

Check out all the dates and details below and make sure you act fast on these tickets because they will not be sticking around for long.
