It’s no secret that we love cheeky rock n roll mates Lunatics On Pogosticks. After releasing a string of addictive, maniac tunes including ‘Less Than Sober‘ and their 2014 EP Sleeping ’til the Weekend the band are now ready to unleash their debut album titled Sniffing Lavender.

The guys teased the LP release late latest year in the form of the ridiculously fun ode to partying ‘MDMAtes’, a track described by lead singer Calum Newton as a somewhat enigmatic story of “a friend in Brisbane.”

Now the band have managed to exceed expectations on Sniffing Lavender. The 10 track album is brash and unapologetic, though wholly and completely endearing effort from the guys.

Lunatics On Pogosticks are really a special sort, and they’ve crafted something pretty special on this record. Sniffing Lavender is out June 3rd via MGM Distribution and Bandcamp.
