Melbourne-based intergalactic duo Shag Planet are here to bring you the ‘cosmic bangers’ with their debut clip for ‘Too Many Babes, Too Little Time’.
The Bowie-on-a-budget clip tells us “a story about love and loss – and how one girl tried to defy them both.” It’s the tragic tale of a girl cursed with the mysterious affliction of suddenly being overcome by sexual desire – now, everyone on the planet is an absolute “babe”. Rather than resulting in globe-conquering escapades, the story unfortunately doesn’t come to a happy ending.
We see the future-retro feel striking a chord with fans of groups like Pillow Pro – who, incidentally, will be supporting Shag Planet at their upcoming single launch at Old Bar on the June 25. More info can be found over at the event page – should be a fun (and very colourful) night.
