Adelaide group The Winter Gypsy have just dished up a delicious portion of alt-folk majesty, garnished with one of our favourite clips in recent memory.
The video for their new single ‘Took Me By’ is simple concept beautifully executed, a slow-motion trawl through a variety of characters acting out their own bite-sized scenes as the band lay down a soundtrack that trickles and echoes like an underground stream.
‘Took Me By’ will be out on July 7, with the Page I EP out on August 5, and The Winter Gypsy will be playing the following dates this year, tickets on the door:
