One of Australia’s most treasured bands, The Whitlams, are hitting the road this August and carrying on into September, playing shows across Australia and hitting up venues in Newcastle, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Melbourne.

“We’ve settled into a pattern of going around the country as a four-piece once every 12 months,” founding member and frontman Tim Freedman said this time last year. “It’s the most raucous three weeks of the year for me and It can’t come around too soon.”

This raucous three weeks will see Freedman joined by Jak Housden on guitar, Warwick Hornby on bass, and Terepai Richmond on drums, the band’s lineup since 2001, together recording to the Number 1 album Torch The Moon back in 2002.

You can check below for all The Whitlams’ forthcoming tour dates or head on over to their official Facebook page for more details. Make sure you acts fast because tickets to these shows will not be sticking and several dates are already sold out.
