Stranger Things has garnered as much acclaim for its retro-style soundtrack as it has for its inspired concept, brilliant storytelling, methodical pacing, and the gripping performances of its stars.

The ominous theme tune to the Netflix series recently inspired an Aussie musician to perform a killer live remix, but according to NME, even the actors on the show have a musical bent.

Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven, is a talented singer with a string of covers uploaded to YouTube, and it turns out Joe Keery, who plays Steve, is in a psychedelic rock band who sound a lot like Tame Impala.

Keery’s band is called Post Animal and last put out an album back in October 2015. Entitled Post Animal Perform The Most Curious Water Activities, it’s available to listen to and purchase from Bandcamp now.
