Carrying on from last weekends successful and killer performance at Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival in South Korea, The Preatures have returned home to grace us with new video for single ‘I Know A Girl’.
2012 saw The Preatures first ever video clip, ‘Take A Card’, directed by Simon Day of beloved Aussie ’90s outfit Ratcat. Understandably, The Preatures again took advantage of Day’s eye for natural beauty to produce the down-to-earth film clip.
“We had a bunch of camcorder footage of us ‘working’ in the studio and then Simon shot the extra scenes with us. We wanted it to feel like a series of photographs,” said frontwoman Izzi Manfredi.
‘I Know A Girl’ was filmed at The Preatures’ studio at Hibernian House in Surry Hills and gives some great insight into the recording process of their current album. Check out the clip below.
