Winters End are a sibling electronic duo made up of multi-instrumentalist Marissa Pinto and percussionist brother Christopher, who have just released their new single ‘Afterthought’.

The track is a follow-up to their previous single ‘Thoughts’, which we premiered earlier this year. Described as “an honest examination of existence in an attempt to reconcile death”, it deals with heavy existential themes through grand ’80s-style synth jams.

We’ve been following along with this pair since their 2014 release ‘Mayfair’, and it’s been great to watch their progression as they’ve toured extensively both nationally and overseas. Their next shows are both in their hometown, however, and are coming up on October 1 at Oxford Art Factory, and November 6 at Hide Away Bar.
