‘Siren Sounds’ is a new track by Adelaide step-sister duo Auguste, a bold slab of ambient pop that deals with themes of anxiety in the most peaceful manner imaginable.

“Siren Sounds explores the journey through anxiety,” says Skye Lockwood, “facing it head on and realising that at the end of the day we are all just a drop in the ocean. Beth (Keogh) and I have both experienced this feeling and often call each other when its at its worst to talk it through… so this song was really easy for us to write due to our in-depth understanding of each others anxieties.”

The track boasts additional production from Japanese Wallpaper amongst its ethereal synths and dulcet vocal harmonies, and tracks some impressive progress from the duo’s debut ‘Slow Motion’ less than a year ago. We’re very much looking forward to seeing what comes next from these two.
