Josh Pyke and Bob Evans, two of Australia’s best-loved singer-songwriters, have announced a national co-headline tour which will take them around the country from the tail-end of November into December, with plenty of regional and major city stops along the way.
Kicking off at The Gov in Adelaide on 24th November, Evans and Pyke will be taking their respected discographies through Mannum, Dunsborough, Perth, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, Canberra, and Belgrave, before finishing up in Melbourne.
It’s been 10 years since the first Evening with Josh and Bob tour and each performer is looking forward to honouring the milestone. “That first Evening with Josh and Bob ten years ago was a fairly rudimental affair in retrospect,” said Evans.
“We were both very much still finding our feet. Now, we have higher professional standards to which we hold ourselves and those bawdy jokes of a burgeoning bromance have developed in to, well, bawdy dad jokes. Bah, who am I kidding? We’re not that different 10 years on.”
Tickets for the reunion will go on pre-sale on 9am Wednesday, 21st September and will be available to the public at 9am Friday, 23rd September. Check below for all the dates and ticketing details.
