‘Get On Board’ is the second single off Foam’s forthcoming album, and it looks like they’ve taken on a pretty manic edge with a quiet poke at the ambition of today’s youth – or lack thereof.

Frontman Joel says the video was a reaction to those who think they are entitled to a free pass in life, prompting the band to put together a satirical take on the average life of the infamous Gen X. Although pretty straightforward, the lyrics are pleasantly creative and snide, with an intensity matched by the unrelenting beat.

With wonderfully scratchy vocals, and drums that act as a bedrock for the interlocking angular riffs from bass and guitar, ‘Get On Board’ is sublime.
