Each week, triple j give us a heads up on the new music they’ll be pumping through our stereos, so we thought we’d pass the news on to get you geared up.

This week, Banks grabs hold of the feature album spot with new record The Altar, while Danny Brown also secures some play with the surprise overnight release of Atrocity Exhibition. In terms of tracks, there are some great additions this week in Hockey Dad and Jack River, while triple j Unearthed throws up a couple of good’uns in BIGSOUND buzz-act Confidence Man and the talented Gretta Ray. The enigmatic Jaala also makes the cut, and we see Aussie rap stalwart PEZ return with a new single.

Unfortunately, Daft Punk’s beige collaboration with The Weeknd will also be making an appearance, but there’s plenty of great stuff to balance it out – here’s the full list of all the new music you’ll be hearing on triple j next week.
