After teasing something big yesterday, Frontier Touring have now confirmed that Green Day, icons of the pop punk genre, are set to make their triumphant return to Australian shores next April.
The band will be bringing their immense discography of hits to stadiums across Australia, kicking off at Perth Arena on Sunday, 30th April, before taking in Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney.
The band will be hot on the heels of their latest album, Revolution Radio, which comes out Friday, 7th October. The album is already being hailed as a tremendous return to form for the group.
As for the band’s live chops, they’ve never been sharper. Their first headline tour since their sell-out 2009 21st Century Breakdown tour is set to be their finest yet, unleashing blitzkriegs of punk rock fury.
